    The main purpose of the Organization is to take care of orphans and vulnerable children, empower them by providing education, health care and vocational training to make them useful members of society.

2.2        These preliminary cost estimates are based upon prices obtained in competitive tendering as at April, 2006.

 

2.3        These preliminary estimates exclude:

• Inflation

Topographical Survey and Soil Investigations

• Charges in connection with Building Permit
• Furniture and Equipment

 

2.4  Taxes

1. We have assumed that the project is exempted from VAT charges.
